Resole Climbing Shoes

Are your climbing shoes wearing down? MW Climbing is now partnering with Rock and Resole to make your shoes go the distance at the lowest cost possible.

Why Resole?

  • Extends the life of your shoes

  • Cheaper than replacing with new shoes - no need to break in a new pair

  • Reduces landfill waste

    • Can I repair my shoes with holes?

      • It's unlikely that shoes with holes can be repaired. If there are any questions send a photo of your shoes when you fill out the form.

    • Do I need rand repair (toe caps)?

      • During repair, the rand is lightly ground down to prep for glue. If there is any weakness during this process, toe caps will be needed.

    • Which rubber do I need?

      • Staff recommeds: Vibram’s XS Edge (Edging & Durable) and Stealth C4 (Stiff & Sticky) are two proprietary rubbers that are resoled with at no additional charge

      • Additional rubber options offered are: ($5 upgrade)

        • Vibram Grip2 (Sticky & Sensitive)

        • Neo Fuse (Sticky & Resilient)

        • Neo Force (Edging & Durable)

        • Unparellel RH (Edging & Sticky)

    • Warranty: there is a 1 month warranty for any issues with the resole. This does not cover wear and tear due to climbing.

    • $61 Deposit: This covers the initial deposit and shipping. 

    • Invoice: Once shoes are resoled, if your total exceeds your deposit, the $61 deposit will be deducted from your total. Upon shoes pickup, the remaining balace will be due. Since MW is providing the order, all payments will be made to MW. 

  • Dropoff:

    • Shoes will be collected during open hours (9AM-10PM) March 25th-29th.

    • Upon dropoff, staff will confirm all forms are accurate and the deposit will be due.

    Pickup:

    • All parties will get a notification when shoes are returned to the MW Omaha.

    • Pickup shoes anytime during open hours (Mon-Sat: 9AM-10PM, Sun: 9AM-6PM).

    • At pickup remaining invoice will be due.

    Dropoff: March 25th-29th from 9AM-10PM

    Pickup: Up to 8 Weeks
