Omaha Schedule

Monday

Start your week off with a vinyasa flow with Shannon at 6-7 pm.

Tuesday

Flow it out with Rachel from 6-7 pm.

Wednesday

Slow it down and hold those poses with Jenny’s yin class from 6-7 pm.

Thursday

This “half and half” style class begins with yoga flow movements linked to breath at a slower pace and finishes with yin. Yin includes softness and stillness with deep stretching creating space and increased mobility in the body. This class is a great place to practice effort and ease allowing you to feel rested and recharged with Maygon from 6-7 pm.

Saturday

Maygon is leaving it up to the yogis with a students’ choice class. Let her know if you’d prefer a flow or slow class (11-noon).

Lincoln Schedule

Wednesday

Join Steven for a slow-to-medium paced mindful flow from 7:30-8:30 pm at MW lincoln.

Yoga classes are FREE for MW Members.

Not a member?

Yoga classes can be accessed with a regular MW day pass.
