Static & Dynamic Workshop

  • Lincoln 400 North 48th Street Lincoln, NE, 68504 United States (map)

Description

In climbing, there are two main categories of movement: static and dynamic. Static movement requires a lot of precision, control, and muscular strength and dynamic movement requires momentum generation and compound body movements. Learning how to identify static and dynamic moves on the wall can be tricky, but we have some tips to help you while reading routes in the gym.
