Description
Training for rock climbing can be tough. For most people, training for climbing just involves a lot of climbing and incorportating endurance or practicing specific skillsets on the wall. At a certain point, we may find it useful to direct our training off the wall or towards training boards to push our climbing skills further. During this class, we will give an introduction to the types of training routines you can incorportate into your sessions!
Main objectives
Learn about hangboarding, campusing, and how to use the spray wall/tension board
Expand our understanding of cross training movement by learning specific techniques and workouts
Practice workouts/cross training in a controlled setting
Learn how to use the gym's resources to practice skills
