Description

If you have never participated in a climbing competition before and are looking to learn more about competition movement and rules, improve your route reading and visualization skills, and gain some competition strategies/ettiquette, then this class is for you!

Main objectives

• Our goals for this class include:

  1. Educating and coaching first time/less experienced competition climbers

  2. Reducing the intimidation factor for competitions

  3. Facilitating the transition from commercial setting styled climbs to competition styled climbs

  4. Explaining the competition rules and scoresheets

Who’s it For?

This class is geared towards climbers climbing in the V0-V4 range, but all climbers are welcome to attend.
